(Bonding Master) DVD Bonding Machine bM
The BM (Bonding Master) is the new type DVD bonding inline system developed based on accumulated bonding technologies of Origin Electric.

STP-Module for DVD-18

This equipment is indispensable to manufacturing to high-density DVD-14s and DVD-18s. STP refers to the technology for transferring signals onto the disc substrate. After forming two-layered recording film on each side of the disc, the substrate on one side is separated to manufacture a single disc with a two-layered recording film. DVD-14s and -18s are manufactured by laminating the two-layered discs.

(ADF-2 type) DVD Laminator
This device laminates DVDs by using a spin-coated UV-setting type laminating agent. As an effective means of suppressing air bubbles in the laminated layer during the lamination process, this device adopts the voltage application method. In addition, it adopts a flash lamp system for suppressing disc temperature rise during setting of the laminating agent.

(JPF-4A type) CD-2UC and CD-2UC-L Spin-coaters

The CD-2UC spin coaster is used to coat the reflective surface of a disk with protective UV-hardening coating material. Incorporating a mechanical chucking system in the disk carrier unit, this device is capable of coating the inner circumferential side of discs. The DVD compatible CD-2UC Spin-coater performs productivity with a processing capacity of 1.5 sec/piece.

The CD-2UC-L Spin-coater (based on the CD-2UC Spin-coater) integrates an in-line molding machine, spattering device, and inspection machine.

(OMD-1 type) Spin-coaters
It is a device for coating of UV resin protecting a reflection side of a mini-disc for a revision. It is received all the drive systems by a state sealed up by a retainer of conveyance line of a disk, and production in the environment that is clean is possible. And it uses special absorption pad and does the conveyance that became stable.

(OD4-M type) Spin-coaters
	This device is the Spin-coater forming record membrane using paint of being colored bare series by CD-R business. In temperature and the humidity clean booth controlled, it forms amount of uniform record membrane.
