Paint development in Origin Electric dates back to 1947. Since we first started paint development as an area of studying surface treatment, it has been growing steadily as a Chemitronics line of business. Much effort has been made in R&D of paints for plastic products. Paint products for various plastic materials, especially for engineering plastic, have been developed to satisfy the requirements in the automobile, telecommunications and home electric appliance industries. Recently, we have been developing high-quality decorative paints with high added values as well as water-based paints for plastics, recyclable paints, and infrared reflecting paints to satisfy diversified needs reflecting the worldwide concern about global environment.
