 The torque limiter conveys the rotating torque to the set border rate and then performs the needed shearing operations through slipping. |
 The one-way hinge is a type of hinge that brings into combination the functions of the one-way clutch with the torque limiter. With traditional hinges there is an occurrence of equal levels of torque when carrying out opening or closing operations. However, the one-way hinge possesses one level of torque in one direction due to the utilization of a cover while it provides a slip condition in the other direction without the generation of torque. |
